Highlighting the evening: Roasted Chateaubriand, celebrated for both its tenderness and rich flavor. The mouth-watering cut of beef is expertly paired with Justin's acclaimed Isosceles Reserve, a bold and complex Bordeaux-style blend with layered notes of blackcurrant, plum, and hints of spice to complement the night’s savory profile.

Enjoy a fusion of flavors across each course with every sip and bite enhancing the other, and showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship of both the vineyard and kitchen.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
