Experience an evening of culinary delight with Hope Family Wineries, showcasing their acclaimed Austin Hope Wine. The dinner begins with the crisp elegance of Austin Hope Chardonnay, perfectly complementing a delicate Chardonnay Poached Petrale Sole Florentine.

The meal continues with Duck Confit Tamales and a rich-bodied Red, then to the main event: Grilled Heirloom Pork Chops served with two outstanding Cabs that pair beautifully with the robust, smoky flavors of the dish. Finally, a dessert of white chocolate mousse provides a lush, creamy conclusion. The evening promises a fusion of flavors, celebrating the artistry of great wine and gourmet cuisine.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
