Experience an unforgettable evening celebrating the craftsmanship of Castle & Key Distillery with special guest Brett Connors. From handcrafted cocktails and expertly paired bourbons to bold Southern-inspired cuisine, this immersive dinner highlights the artistry, flavor, and heritage behind one of Kentucky’s most celebrated distilleries. Guests will begin the evening with a reception that includes Chilled Pacific Oysters and Cajun Prawn Corn Fritters, accompanied by chilled martinis crafted with Castle & Key’s “Roots of Ruin” Gin.
Dinner follows with Cast-Iron Blackened Pacific Rockfish paired with Castle & Key Small Batch Bourbon, followed by a Burrata Salad with Grilled Local Peaches alongside the rich spice of “Restoration” Rye Whiskey. The evening continues with Braised Snake River Farms Heritage Kurobuta Pork Shank served over Jalapeño White Cheddar Grits, perfectly complemented by both Castle & Key Small Batch Wheated Bourbon and Cask Strength Bourbon. To finish, guests will indulge in warm New Orleans Beignets crowned with Bourbon-Chantilly Cream - a decadent ending to an evening of exceptional food, fine bourbon, and stories from the distillery itself.

Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
