bourbon-pairing dinner with
and Katarina Gonzales, Market Development for BTD
April turns up the heat with a bold, bourbon-forward evening you won’t want to miss. Join us for an unforgettable Bourbon-Pairing Dinner with Buffalo Trace Distillery, where some of the most iconic pours take center stage alongside a thoughtfully crafted, seasonal menu. The evening begins with elevated hors d'oeuvres and features BTD's signature Old Fashioned.
Enjoy a refreshing start with chilled shrimp cocktail paired with a bold, expressive pour, followed by a crisp kohlrabi and endive salad that plays beautifully against the warmth and spice of aged bourbon. The centerpiece of the evening features a peanut & Smithfield ham–crusted pork chop with rich, comforting accompaniments matched with a robust, full-bodied bourbon that brings out deep, layered flavors in every bite. Throughout the night, you’ll explore a range of distinctive bourbons - from smooth and balanced to complex and powerful - each one selected to showcase the craftsmanship and legacy of Buffalo Trace. Advance tickets required.
