Step into the sparkle of the season and join us for a Holiday Champagne Soirée; an elegant evening celebrating the art of pairing fine cuisine with France’s most storied Champagnes. Begin with festive hors d’oeuvres: Caviar Gougères, Baked Brie with Wild Honey, and Chilled West Coast Oysters with a Champagne Mignonette - paired with Veuve Clicquot Brut, one of the most iconic Champagnes in the world

Dinner unfolds with French-inspired indulgence: Escargot Bourguignon, Stuffed Shrimp à la Mer with Dungeness Crab, and Fresh Tagliatelle in Vodka Cream Sauce, each complemented by distinguished Champagnes from Louis Roederer, Pol Roger, and Lanson. The evening culminates with Butter-Poached California Spiny Lobster and Shish Kebob, paired with Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé, and a decadent Chocolate Lava Cake finale. Ce sera magnifique!
