Begin the new year with a delicious evening celebrating one of Napa Valley’s most iconic wineries, Beaulieu Vineyard. This exclusive winemaker’s dinner pairs thoughtfully crafted cuisine with BV’s distinguished wines, each course designed to highlight the depth, balance, and legacy of this storied vineyard. The evening opens with gourmet hors d’oeuvres including Blackened Prawn Cocktail, Oxtail Arancini, and Oysters Kilpatrick paired with the 2023 Beaulieu Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley.

Dinner continues with a vibrant Cara Cara Orange Salad with Duck Confit alongside the 2022 Beaulieu Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Wild Mushroom Soup en Croûte paired with the 2022 Beaulieu Vineyard “Tapestry” Reserve Red. The night culminates in a rich Braised Heritage Berkshire Pork Shank with Jalapeño Cheddar Grits, served with both the 2022 Beaulieu Vineyard “Rutherford Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon and the iconic 2022 “George de Latour” Cabernet Sauvignon.
