The night begins with a rosé reception and an array of gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres, setting the stage for a beautifully curated dinner by Chef David Vartanian.

Highlights include BBQ Santa Barbara Rockfish, Watermelon Sashimi, and a standout Peanut & Smithfield-Crusted Pork Chop, paired perfectly with Ancient Peaks’ “Oyster Ridge” Cabernet Sauvignon and the limited-release “Pearl” Cabernet Sauvignon. To finish, a delicate Fresh Peach Napoleon rounds out the experience. It’s an unforgettable summer evening of bold wines, seasonal flavors, and engaging conversation! Advance tickets required.
