A lively reception with our special guest sets the tone...with passed hors d’oeuvres alongside the famous Lagavulin 8-Year Scotch crafted Rob Roy cocktail.

Dinner unfolds with a beautifully paced progression of courses, each paired to highlight the character of these exceptional single malts. A delicate cured wild California salmon will be served complemented by the balanced warmth of Oban. Next, a warm bay scallop salad brings the freshness of spring, enhanced by the gentle, honeyed notes of Dalwhinnie. The centerpiece arrives with a richly layered roast leg of spring lamb, paired with two expressions of Lagavulin, offering a striking contrast, and deepening every bite with smoky complexity.

It's an evening crafted for those who appreciate thoughtful pairings, seasonal ingredients, and the unmistakable allure of great Scotch that's meant to be savored, course by course, glass by glass.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
