Join us for an elevated evening featuring Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey served seamlessly with Chef David's 'creative meets classic' menu. Enjoy a warm reception of Puff Pastry with Smoked Salmon, Prosciutto-Wrapped House Breadsticks, Mini Dungeness Crab Cakes, and Crown Royal Reserve Manhattans.

Then dinner continues with Fresh Lobster Bisque paired with Crown Royal Reserve 12 Year, a Warm Spinach Salad matched with Crown Royal Single Malt 90, and a showstopping Classic Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, French Green Beans, and Horseradish Cream paired with Crown Royal Extra Rare 18 Year. End the night with a silky Butterscotch Pudding. The evening will prove to be a most delicious start to our wonderful year of special events and pairings!

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
