Make it a Valentine's to Remember! Celebrate February with an unforgettable winem♥ker’s dinner showcasing the bold, expressive wines of Linne Calodo Cellars with Owner Matt Trevisan. The evening pairs Chef David's elevated cuisine with thoughtfully selected wines and insider stories behind each bottle. The experience begins with a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres paired with 2023 Linne Calodo “Pale Flowers,” featuring smoked salmon mousse, wild mushroom & Gruyère tarts, and grilled oysters casino finished with Nueske bacon.

Dinner continues with Poached California Petrale Sole with caviar paired with 2023 “Contrarian,” followed by Grilled Chicken Sausage Cassoulet alongside 2023 “Stereotype.” The centerpiece course features Red Wine–Braised Flannery Beef Cheeks with Moroccan curry couscous, expertly paired with 2021 “Nemesis” and 2021 “The Martian.” Dessert concludes the night with Meyer Lemon Crème Brûlée and Crispy Palmiers, offering a bright and lovely finish.
