March is the perfect time to gather around great food and great wine! Join us for a special Wine-Pairing Dinner showcasing the elegant, expressive wines of Pine Ridge Vineyards, thoughtfully matched with a seasonal, chef-driven menu designed to highlight each pour. The evening opens with a selection of elevated hors d’oeuvres paired wih perfect pours including chilled West Coast oysters, mini duck confit tostadas, and crispy Pacific calamari frito misto.

Dinner continues with beautifully seared, pancetta-wrapped diver sea scallops served over spring pea risotto, followed by a savory wild mushroom & Gruyère tart. The main course features a classic New York cut, pepper steak style and potato pavé, paired with bold, structured selections from Pine Ridge that truly shine alongside each fabulous dish. Dessert brings a light, refreshing finish with pavlova topped with kiwi, raspberry, and Chantilly cream. This will be an evening dedicated to exceptional wines, seasonal flavors, and thoughtful pairings that welcome the start of spring!

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
