Experience an exceptional night at our Winemaker’s Dinner with La Lomita Ranch, where every course is thoughtfully paired to showcase the elegance and character of these remarkable wines. The evening begins with a lively reception as we welcome Becca & Alan VanderHorst, owners of La Lomita Ranch, and  featuring Hawaiian ahi poke and bacon-wrapped dates alongside a crisp pour of La Lomita Estate Rosé...setting the tone for what’s to come.

From there, indulge in beautifully prepared miso-glazed black cod paired with La Lomita Albariño, followed by a rich wild mushroom & Gruyère tart complemented by their expressive Pinot Noir. The evening builds to a standout main course: a perfectly prepared Manhattan filet, sliced New York cut, served with roasted honey-chili sweet potato and paired with both La Lomita “Mirabilis” and Grenache for a bold, layered finish.

We close on a sweet note with a decadent white chocolate chip mousse; an elegant ending to a night designed for wine lovers. It’s a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and perfectly paired moments you won’t want to miss.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
