An exceptional evening of wine and cuisine awaits as we welcome two distinguished California wineries, Alpha Omega and Tolosa, for a special dinner celebrating the art of thoughtful food and wine pairings. The evening begins with passed hors d’oeuvres including Grilled Oysters Casino and Butternut Squash & Sage Sausage, accompanied by Alpha Omega Rosé.

Dinner is served with elegant Coquilles St-Jacques, featuring sea scallops and French Gruyère perfectly paired with Alpha Omega “Two Squared” Chardonnay. Next comes a comforting Grilled Chicken Sausage Cassoulet alongside Tolosa 1772 Pinot Noir. The evening continues with Red Wine-Braised Beef Cheeks served with Moroccan Curry Couscous, complemented by Alpha Omega “Two Squared” Cabernet Sauvignon and Alpha Omega Cabernet Sauvignon. To complete the experience, indulge in a decadent French Chocolate Mille-Feuille crowned with pistachio crème anglaise. With two exceptional wineries, an inspired multi-course dinner and pairings designed to bring out the best in every glass and every bite, this promises to be an evening of memorable flavors, discovery and fine wine.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
