Join us for a special evening featuring Honig Vineyard & Winery and its Proprietor Steven Honig. Enjoy an evening of acclaimed Napa Valley wines paired with seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully crafted cuisine. The evening begins with a Rosé reception featuring Honig Honey & Blue Cheese Crostini with fresh honeycomb and Japanese Sweet Potato with Crème Fraîche, Bacon & Chive, paired with Honig’s 2024 Cabernet Rosé “Pink.” From chilled West Coast oysters with Sauvignon Blanc to our signature Whole Roasted Baby Pumpkin filled with Spicy Smoked Chicken, Jarlsberg & Cream, each course celebrates the flavors of the season.

The main course features Red Wine-Braised Prime Beef Short Ribs with honey-roasted carrots, Cabernet sauce, spicy soft polenta, and citrus gremolata, paired with two distinguished Cabernet Sauvignons. For dessert, Apple Tarte Tatin with Honig Honey Whipped Cream is complemented by the estate’s 2021 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc. Celebrate an unforgettable evening of distinguished wines, inspired cuisine, and the stories behind every pour!

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
